By using Aider+, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

You may use Aider to talk about difficult, painful, or overwhelming feelings. Aider may respond with safety-oriented support when a conversation suggests that someone could be in danger.
Aider will not provide instructions intended to facilitate suicide, self-harm, violence, or other serious harm.
5. Artificial Intelligence Has Limitations
Aider's responses are generated by artificial intelligence.
AI systems can:
- Misunderstand what you mean
- Provide incomplete information
- Provide inaccurate information

You decide what information you choose to share with Aider.

Your conversations and other information are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Aider+ is not a confidential professional relationship. Using Aider does not create a therapist-patient, doctor-patient, attorney-client, or other professional relationship.
7. Information You Provide
You retain your rights in the information you submit to Aider+.
You give Aider LLC the limited rights necessary to process that information to operate, secure, maintain, and provide Aider+ and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

These check-ins are intended to help understand the user's experience with Aider+. They are not mental-health assessments, screenings, diagnoses, or clinical measurements.
You may skip optional check-ins.

When a change is material, we may require you to review and affirmatively accept an updated version before continuing to use Aider+.
The effective date and version number at the top of these Terms identify the version currently in effect.
